Hi Lisa! I found your site while trying to find any information about paleo-friendly restaurants in Spokane, WA. I have been eating paleo for about 3 weeks. I look forward trying to integrate some whole grains back in (quinoa and gluten-free oatmeal) to see if they are wrong for me, but overall I find it pretty easy as well (except in emergencies). Today I found myself running unexpectedly all day and was very hungry without being near home. I was frantic in the grocery store for a healthy protein choice: no luck. Oh well, I'd be interested to hear more about your journey!

Just came here to read about your noma experience after reading about it on Eater. My wife and I also went in June, and had the same experience trying to book a table at 2 in the morning (protip: Skype is a cheaper way to make repeated futile attempts to call Denmark). We had many of the same dishes, too, but were there for dinner, so our pictures weren't nearly as bright and colorful as yours.

Thanks so much for posting them!
