Also, try it with Goya Ginger Beer…very Spicy! I skip the lime as well…

You should tell your readers how to make the drink. We start with the ice in a glass. Add rum to taste. Then if you pour the ginger beer in gently (let it slide down the side) the rum will float on it. When you look at the drink, you can see why it’s called a dark and stormy–the paler gold ginger beer on the bottom and the dark cloud of rum on the top.

I guess I haven’t been using the lime, but you could probably add it at either end.
